About the Author
Steven Johnson is the managing editor for PrepLogic, a leading IT training and preparation company, and he has been involved with IT since the days when “a computer” was a big deal. In addition to being MCITP certified, Steven has the A+, Network+, i-Net+, and Wireless# certifications. (If you were to ask him, he’d say there are a lot of other certifications he should probably just take the test for.) Steve got his start in IT as a salesperson for RadioShack with little knowledge or formal training in electronics or IT. From that point on, he studied more and more until he became a guru.
