About the Author Eric Butow is the president and CEO of E.E. Butow Communications LLC (www.eebutow.com), a technical communications firm based in Roseville, California. Butow is also the author of several other Hungry Minds books including Master Visually Windows 2000 Server and FrontPage 2002 Weekend Crash Course.
