About the Author
Michael Bayer is the President of Computer Telephony Solutions, a consulting firm specializing in the design and implementation of CT technologies and products. A pioneer in CT technology, Mr. Bayer has spent the past 15 years developing and promoting interoperability in the field of computer telephony through open specifications and standards. A resident of San Jose, California, he speaks and teaches at many conferences around the world and is an active member of the ECTF.
