F. Scott Barker holds a bachelor of science in computer science and has worked as a developer in the database field for more than 16 years, first with Clipper, and then with Visual Basic, SQL Server, and Microsoft Access for the past 10 years. Working at Microsoft for two years, Scott was a member of the Microsoft Access and FoxPro teams.
