About author

Rick Killpack is currently the eDirectory product manager for Novell, Inc. He started at Novell in 1991 and has been involved in the technology business ever since that time. He spent seven years as a third-tier eDirectory technical support engineer for Novell. Rick contributes once a month to Novell’s eDirectory LogicSource, which is a document that describes at a pseudo-code level all processes within eDirectory. With his in-depth knowledge of how eDirectory works from reviewing the code, supporting the product, and helping customers implement the product, Rick is considered one of the world’s authorities on Novell eDirectory.
