About the Author
Professor Sam Lubbe is an associate professor in the School of Information Systems and Technology at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, Durban South Africa. He has a PhD in Information Systems (University of the Witwatersrand, SA) and has taught many years in the field of information science. Lubbe has attended and presented many papers at local and overseas. He has also published articles in referred journals and has written or edited four books.
