About the Author

David James Clarke IV, CNI, CNE, and CNA, has devoted his career to helping people attain Novell certification. Clarke is the cofounder of Logilent (the world leader in IT Live Labs) and cofounder of the Computer Telephony Institute (home of the CTE certification).
