If you've got something to say and want to join the podcasting revolution but don't know how to start, this short and approachable guide from bestselling authors Robin Williams and John Tollett will teach you how to create and distribute podcasts using Apple's easy-to-use audio and Web site tools. Using the Garageband and iWeb tools from Apple's iLife 06 suite of tools, Robin and John show you how to create professional sounding and looking podcasts, including how to add chapter markers, artwork, sound effects, jingles, and musical accompaniment to your podcasts.

A podcast is an audio blogyou listen to it rather than read it. It's like having your own radio show that everyone around the world can tune in to whenever they want, not just at the moment you happen to be recording or broadcasting. Podcast episodes are placed on a website, where people can subscribe to them. Subscribers are automatically notified when a new episode is availableby the podcast player software installed on their computers (iTunes for Mac users). But listeners don't have to subscribe to a podcast to listen to it; anyone with access to the podcast's web address can go there and listen.

Listening to episodes on your computer isn't the only way to enjoy podcasts. One of the biggest attractions of podcasts is that they're portable. Anyone with an iPod (or some other MP3 player), can transfer episodes from a computer to their player and listen when and where it's convenientin the car, while grocery shopping, at the gym. This is how an increasing number of people stay updated with their favorite news, sports, and entertainment sources.

Quantum f-Divergences in von Neumann Algebras: Reversibility of Quantum Operations (Mathematical Physics Studies)
Relative entropy has played a significant role in various fields of mathematics and physics as the quantum version of the Kullback–Leibler divergence in classical theory. Many variations of relative entropy have been introduced so far with applications to quantum information and related subjects. Typical examples are three...

Architecting Enterprise Solutions : Patterns for High-Capability Internet-based Systems

Companies increasingly rely on systems that are secure, flexible and available 24x7. They are often developed in a very short time frame with changing requirements and increasing levels of complexity. Despite this, they must still display acceptable levels of performance, availability, scalability, security and a variety of other non-functional...
